THE IRIS
A little while ago I had a dream about a blossoming Bearding Iris (Iris Germanica.) I was so moved by the dream that I was inspired to shoot with one. The only challenge would be actually finding one. Two days later the exact same Iris that I had dreamed of blossomed in my garden, as one single flower. I was compelled to crop her and create something of what I had previously imagined, featuring my close friend Brittany Hoffner. I shot this set on 35mm film and a few polaroids, I hope you enjoy.
